The Jim Reynolds Community Outreach Department was created in January 2021 in honor of the late Jim Reynolds, founder of Jim Reynolds Asphalt. "Uncle Jim" was loving, funny, supportive of everyone he met and always prioritized helping others. The department is our way to continue his legacy through helping our community.

The community outreach departments mission is to help African-Americans from Louisville, KY to build their skills in the trade industry and entrepreneurship, provide access to education, employment and monetary support that will lead to lifelong growth, leadership and financial stability.

We know that jobs, education, personal and professional development and financial literacy, are key factors in a community's growth and we are committed to providing these needed resources to our employees and the people that we serve.

The community outreach department was created through the financial support of Jim Reynolds Asphalt Contractor, Inc. To fulfill our mission we are growing our endowment and accepting donations from private donors. To participate in Jim Reynold's legacy donate here:

We look forward to hearing from you and sharing how you can get involved with our community outreach efforts. There are volunteer opportunities as well as networking events designed to educate the broader community about the needs of those we serve.
