A - Customers are required to remove all cars and other items (grills, garbage cans, plants, etc.) off of the driveway before we sealcoat. We recommend customers routinely clean the driveway off of any dirt, gravel, or grass build-up which will help make the sealer and asphalt last longer.

A - Yes, we recommend if you have oil spots on your surface to use a degreaser and scrubbing area in order to help remove the spots. Oil spot cleaning is also a service we can perform during your asphalt seal coating service.
A - An overlay is a pavement treatment where a new layer of asphalt is applied over your old deteriorating surface. Instead of taking out the existing layer, we use it as a base to install the new layer.
A - The typical procedure is to make sure the surface is clean, apply tack as needed, add gravel, and/or take out the existing surface as needed. Once the surface has been prepared and graded properly then install a new layer of asphalt and compact down.
A - Maintain your asphalt through routine asphalt cleaning, crack fill, asphalt repair and seal coating every 2-3 years.
